Biography

Viviane started her musical career in 1990 when she formed along with Tó Viegas the ENTRE ASPAS band after reaching the 3rd place in a modern music competition held by Câmara Municipal de Lisboa – Lisbon Municipality, and signed with the multinational record company BMG, having recorded five albums through that same publisher.

"ENTRE S.F.F.” 1993, “Lollipop" 1995, "Edelweiss" 1997,"Loja dos Sonhos" 1999 and "www.entreaspasaovivo.com" 2001 plus several participations in other musical projects such as:
"Filhos da Madrugada" 1994, "Espanta Espíritos" 1995, "ao vivo na Antena 3" 1998, "XX anos XX bandas" 1999.

In 2001, also recorded the 1st CD for the collective project LINHA DA FRENTE published by Universal Music in 2002, alongside with João Aguardela Luis Varatojo, Dora Fidalgo, Janelo, Prince Wadada and Rui Duarte.

In 2003 together with Tó Viegas publishes through her own label (Zipmix Records), the 1st CD from the CAMALEÃO AZUL project entitled “O Sul” based on Fernando Cabrita poetry.  

In 2005 after the ENTRE ASPAS band ending, Viviane began her solo career with debut album entitled “Amores Imperfeitos” co-produced with Tó Viegas, and recorded at her studio Zipmix in Algarve. This album represents a turning point in her career, which treads a new path searching for new sounds in acoustic format.

Viviane returned in 2007 with a new work acoustically with a namesake title "Viviane" presenting an eleven set songs where are promoted an wealthy dialect between the universal languages of Fado, and Tango - Portuguese guitar and the accordion as dominant notes - packaged by a French musette fragrance inspired by memories from her youth times.

In 2009, Viviane integrates the project "RUA DA SAUDADE" a tribute to Ary dos Santos and his poetry, along with Mafalda Arnauth, Susana Félix and Luanda Cozetti.
The album titled "As Canções de Ary", edited by FAROL MÚSICA reaches platinum

In 2010 receive an invitation from Turismo do Algarve, to give her voice to the theme "The most famous secret in Europe” – international campaign wish promotes Algarve regionabroad.  
VIVIANE ends 2010 year with a Christmas concert accompanied in the stage by ORQUESTRA DO ALGARVE at Casino de Vilamoura.

2011 is the year of Viviane new release. The third album name is "As Pequenas Gavetas do Amor" and is to be release next March 7th on Fnac stores. "Não Apagues o Amor" is the first single from this CD, already on radio stations air play.
